UnitsUnits are let by room and not per person.
Maximum number of persons per room or unit is 2.
Rates
Suite 1 (De Luxe Room) - from R650 to R750 per night. Continental breakfast included.
Suite 2 (Standard Room) - from R500 to R650 per night. Continental breakfast included.
Self Catering Unit - from R700 to R850 per night. No meals included.
Minimum Stay Duration
We have a mimimum stay of 2 nights.
Payment
Electronic transfer prior to arrival.
Cash on arrival.
Note - we do not have credit card facilities.
For advance bookings we will request a 50% deposit to be paid by electronic transfer in advance, with balance paid on arrival.
Check In Times
Check In is normally from 1600 hours.
Check Out is by 1100 hours
Please advise us if you expect to arrive before 1600, or wish to check out after 1100 and we will endeavour to assist.
Room Servicing
Suites 1 and 2 will be serviced between 1100 and 1400 hours each day.
Please advise us if you intend to remain in the room so alternative arrangements can be made.
Self Catering unit is not fully serviced.
Smoking Policy
All units are NO SMOKING inside.
If you wish to smoke please do so outside and make use of the ashtrays provided.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or failure to arrive 0 to 7 days prior to agreed arrival date - forfeit 100% of deposit.
Cancellation or failure to arrive 8 to 14 days prior to agreed arrival date - forfeit 75% of deposit.
Cancellation or failure to arrive 15 to 30 days prior to agreed arrival date - forfeit 50% of deposit.
